The decision is made by a jury based on well-defined assessment criteria. Generally, it takes around two months to find out whether your development proposal will receive funding. 

You can be awarded a maximum of 50,000 euros per development proposal. The maximum funding amounts vary depending on the type of funding. Ask your funding expert about the funding details before you submit your application.

Your development proposal must be worth at least 5,000 euros to qualify for Creative Industry Market Entry Funding.

You are required to submit a duly completed funding application along with an application confirmation certifying that the information you have provided is true and accurate. Our online system automatically generates this application confirmation as soon as you have finished completing the application form. You will also be required to provide a de minimis declaration, your latest financial statements, and/or an income statement.

You can apply for Creative Industry Market Entry Funding anytime. The submission deadline is the date on which the Vienna Business Agency begins to simultaneously process all the funding applications that you have duly completed and submitted by that time. If you do not manage to complete your application form by a certain deadline, your application will only be processed after the next deadline.
