We offer workshops for all school types from grade 3 to 8.
On Saturdays, we invite families and children to our Immersive Area in the Gewerbehof Seestadt to dive into the world of research. The cost-free workshops are suitable for children aged 8 and over and their families.
Workshops for school classes – suitable for children aged 8 and older
Whether research, inventions or professions: Sign up for our school workshops. The workshops are tailored to each age group. Sign up your pupils in grades 3 and 4 for an "idea attack" and let them be inventors for a few hours. In the workshops for children in grades 7 and 8, participants get to explore a wide selection of professions in the fields of environmental protection and sustainability, medical technology and biotech, or digital technologies. You can choose between the workshops Green Tech, Future Health, and IT & Me.
As part of JOBITY – Future Jobs in Innovation & Technology co-financed in the programme EU INTERREG Österreich-Tschechien these workshops are free of charge.
Weekend workshops for families with children aged 8 and over
Are you looking for a weekend activity for your family? Visit our Immersive Area where children can discover Vienna's greatest inventions and become inventors themselves. A thought-controlled wheelchair and a cereal bar with edible packaging are just two of the things that have already been invented here. Drop by with your children to test the food of the future, build medical devices, and find out what a 3D printer is capable of.
