We cordially invite you to the kick-off of Biofabrique Vienna at the festival area Nordwestbahnhof of the Klima Biennale Wien.
Starting at 5 pm with guided tours through the Biofabrique Vienna you have the opportunity to exchange ideas with the Biofabricants of this year. Followed by presentations of the first research results conducted by three studios of the TU Vienna (Institute of Architecture and Design).
At 7.30 pm, Jan Boelen (Director Atelier LUMA) will hold a lecture about bioregional design, the methodology on which Biofabrique Vienna is based. Delving into the topics of transforming previously unused or underutilised local resources into materials for architecture and design. We are looking forward to seeing you there.
