The renowned Viennese chef will give us an insight into her ‘Root to Leaf’ culinary concept, which places seasonal vegetables at the heart of the dishes and relies on regional partnerships. In a relaxed atmosphere, the community will come together to discuss projects and gather ideas for joint activities.
