For the next Vienna Food Innovation Community Event, we invite you to meet local food producers. Engaging with experts and innovators provides inspiration and contributes to a discussion on regional production and value creation.
As part of a guided tour of selected venues, innovative Viennese local food businesses will be showcased. These include organic bakeries that prioritise traditional craftsmanship over automated baking machines, Vienna’s first tofu factory, where versatile tofu is produced using regional ingredients, and a modern neighbourhood grocery shop that carefully selects its range based on quality criteria and invites the local community to linger with a programme of events.
