Strategies for scaling & internationalization (for impact startups)
In this workshop, we will look at approaches for further expanding and (internationally) scaling the impact of your own start-up.
The following questions will be addressed:
- In which case and at which point in time does impact scaling make sense?
- What different impact scaling strategies are there?
- What is special about scaling impact startups?
- What do you need to consider for a possible internationalization?
- What do's and don'ts are there in practice?
- What are the first steps for your own scaling strategy?
Prerequisite for participation in the workshop:
- Successful company foundation and existing product or service.
- The workshop is also aimed at impact start-ups.
