The Growth Navigator is a practice‑oriented growth program for startups that are already active on the market and want to shape their next growth step in a targeted way. The program is aimed at companies with initial market success that are facing strategic questions related to growth, scaling, or internationalization.
Each year, you can choose from four thematic blocks (Product–Market Alignment, Sales & Go-to-Market, Investment & Financing, and Operational Excellence & Organization). For each topic, you receive expert input, exchange ideas with other growth‑oriented founders, and participate in personal coaching sessions with our specialists.
In this sprint on Sales and Go‑to‑Market, you will review your sales strategies and go‑to‑market approaches and engage your customers in a targeted manner.
