In this workshop, which includes a follow-up session, you will learn which key elements are essential for your company and how to develop them efficiently – from the business idea to marketing, finances, and the executive summary. Additionally, you will use the Business Model Canvas to create a solid foundation for your business, making it easier to write your business plan.
