This workshop covers two dates!
Successful start-ups!
Well-prepared business ventures are more successful than others. In this workshop, you will learn what content is essential for your company and how to develop it efficiently - from the business idea to marketing and finance to the executive summary. In addition, you will use the Business Model Canvas to develop a good basis for your business, which will make it easier for you to write the business plan.
Follow-up: As soon as you have successfully created the business and financial plan, you will be taking a deep dive to further expand your understanding of your business idea. In the follow-up online session on 23.04.2025, you will be also provided with feedback and additional guidance on those two documents.
