On 12 June from 9am to 11am, the Vienna Food Innovation community will meet for the ‘How to Pop-up’ Breakfast Club at Markträumchen on the Naschmarkt.
In an open discussion with experts, we’ll explore the benefits of pop-ups and temporary stalls for developing your own ideas in the food, drink and hospitality sectors. What should you bear in mind when choosing a location, planning and executing your project? Where in Vienna can I best reach a food-savvy target audience?
After the discussion, like-minded individuals can continue to exchange ideas over breakfast together.
Selected projects from our Founders Lab Food will provide the refreshments and are delighted to have the opportunity to showcase their products.
