The Institute for Food Safety is offering a training course to introduce you to the world of sensory analysis. How can the sensory organs be tested, trained and compared according to DIN? The sensory practice at the institute will be explained in more detail. The training course also includes individual tests to check the sensory organs.
Do you want to be up to date with the latest knowledge? In cooperation with AGES - Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety, the Vienna Business Agency is offering free participation. Please note the conditions of participation!
