The Grätzelinitiative Wien provides funding for the conversion of first floor premises located in the two project areas of Ottakring and the 2nd/20th district. Rentable business premises are available for Ottakring. These are allocated by the Vienna Business Agency with a subsidized sublease of 50%.

Note: The Grätzelinitiative 20+2 and is a cooperation with the urban renewal program WieNeu+.
