The Vienna Neighbourhood Initiative (Grätzelinitiative Wien) provides funding for micro-enterprises, small businesses and entrepreneurs who provide goods and services aimed at meeting the daily needs of their local neighbourhood. We also support the conversion of ground floor premises located in the two project areas in the 16th and 2nd/20th districts.
Commercial premises are currently available for rent in Ottakring. These are allocated by the Vienna Business Agency at 50% subsidised subletting rates. Come by on 20 and 24 March 2025 to view the currently available premises at Hasnerstrasse 100.
