Our team of coaches and business advisors provide cost-free consultations for any issues you may face in preparing to start up a business or in your day-to-day operations. Our startup coaching sessions are conducted in person and capped at a maximum duration of four hours.
Startup coaching provides the following know-how:

- assessing the need for consultations and qualifications pre-launch

- selecting the appropriate type of company and organisation
- carrying out a market and competitor analysis
- defining target groups and acquiring customers
- income tax tables
- information on the financing options available for startups (own capital, bank facility, funding, alternative financing)
- compiling all materials needed for founding(business plan, business presentation, market research, etc.)
- product pricing, benchmarks, sales planning
- information on the Startup Grant
- information on the international startup network
- prospective founders, founders and entrepreneurs
- startups, one-person enterprises, and micro-enterprises, including new self-employed individuals
- businesses in the pre-startup, startup, and post-startup phases (up to five years after founding)
- special coaching is available for those focused on the creative industries or the technology sector
Prerequisites: The business registration must take place in Vienna, or your company has to already be headquartered in Vienna. Associations and individuals participating in the start-up programme (UGP) of the Austrian Public Employment Service (AMS) are not eligible.
