About the trainer:

Dr. Carmen Walser, LL.B., LL.M., BSc. joined Herbst Kinsky as an associate in 2019 and specialises in the areas of Venture Capital & Start-up, Corporate law, M&A/Private Equity and Capital Markets law. From 2014 to 2017, she was assistant professor at the Institute for Civil and Business Law and subsequently worked for two years as a legal expert in the Corporate Law Department. Since 2017 she is a lecturer at the Institute for Corporate Law at WU Vienna.

In the beginning of 2022, Carmen Walser passed the Austrian bar exam and is eligible for registration as an attorney as of November 2022.

• In-Person Workshops: We reserve the right to continue to hold workshops online in the event of any deterioration in the epidemiological situation. Of course, we would inform you about this necessary change in a timely manner.
