Within recent years, Attoquant developed quantification methods for a broad panel of Peptide analytes offered for service analysis in biological samples. Among them, our lead product, the RAS-Fingerprint, is a worldwide unique analytical parameter providing a comprehensive biochemical picture of the RAS. Enzyme activity ratios as well as effector peptide concentrations are delivered in a single visualized package. There are no comparable products on the market and Attoquant is the owner of the trademark “RAS-Fingerprint” and generated solid IP protecting our analytic methods. The AA2-Ratio has been derived from the RAS-Fingerprint and is a market near biomarker to be used in screening for primary aldosteronism.
Beside RAS-Fingerprinting and the AA2-Ratio, Attoquant offers services for the quantification of a broad panel of peptide hormones in complex biological samples. We have special expertise in sample preparation from tissue and plasma samples.
