A fund managed by French asset management group Amundi Real Estate has acquired the MQM 3, the largest of the three buildings at the Media Quarter Marx complex.

A fund managed by French asset management group Amundi Real Estate has acquired the MQM 3, the largest of the three buildings that make up Media Quarter Marx. The property was sold by Media Quarter Marx Errichtungs- und Verwertungs GmbH, which is owned by the Vienna Business Agency’s real estate branch and VBM Beteiligungsmanagement GmbH.
The MQM 3 has a rentable area of more than 25,000m², with the majority occupied by offices. It also features an underground parking garage with 225 parking spaces. The location in the 3rd district near the Erdberg underground station offers good transport links to the city centre, the airport and the motorway network. The property is completely rented out, predominantly by companies within the media and communications sector such as Pro7Sat1Puls4 Group, echo medienhaus and Wiener Zeitung. Other tenants include the business incubator INiTS and the Vienna Business Agency.
