2023/10/18: Artificial Intelligence Plenary

From the 16th-20th of October 2023, the ISO/IEC JTC1/SC42 Artificial Intelligence plenary will meet to discuss and decide on global AI standards. 150 delegates from all continents are expected and will be working together on projects such as Testing and Quality, AI Management Systems and Risk Management, Data Frameworks and Processes, Functional Safety, Transparency, or AI Impact Assessment. The results of this collaboration will amongst other things support the EU AI Act and its implementation and enable market entry.

On October 18th, a workshop will be organised to present these projects by the relevant international project leads to Austrian stakeholders and invite them to participate.
This event is supported by Austrian institutions such as BMF, AWS, Joanneum Research, AIT, Know Center and Pro2Future and by the experts of Austrian Standards International (ASI).
Registration is not necessary. 

It should be noted that photographs will be taken at the event location, which may be published for documentation purposes. The event will be held in English.
