We want to open a space in a vacancy for co-creating meals from waste food, open to everyone preferably from the neighborhood, on a weekly basis.
Values we rely on are slowness, solidarity and improvisation. By offering family-like activities such as meal preparation and eating in company, we intend to keep our space easily accessible.
Through the process of cooking from waste food, community members will interact and co-create unique meals. Apart from cooking, we will organize educational workshops about the potential of waste food as a resource for creativity and sustainability.
All steps of the process will be documented by photography, video and interviews, and published as an inspiration for other practices where artful living and everyday life intertwine.
