Paul Feigelfeld is a cultural and media scientist and curator.
He studied cultural studies and computer science at the Humboldt University in Berlin and was an assistant to the media theorist Friedrich Kittler. After being an assistant professor in Media Theory at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, he became the academic coordinator of the Digital Cultures Research Lab in Lüneburg, and subsequently Data & Research Architect at TBA21-Academy by Thyssen-Bornemisza Art Contemporary. In 2019 he was guest curator of the Vienna Biennale at MAK Museum für Angewandte Kunst Wien of the exhibition Uncanny Values. Artificial Intelligence & You (with Marlies Wirth). Currently, he holds teaching positions at the Art Institute in Basel and the Academy of Fine Arts Nuremberg, among others, and is a Fellow at IFK Vienna (International Research Center for Cultural Studies) and at the Cluster of Excellence Matters of Activity at Humboldt University Berlin.
