
Parvin Razavi
Parvin Razavi was born in Teheran (Iran) and has been living in Austria since 1985. She has been working as an autodidact and passionate cook since 2012. Her story began with her successful food blog “thx4cooking“. Consequently, she appeared in numerous television shows on Austrian national television and had her own cooking show in cooperation with the magazine BIORAMA. She published three cookbooks – “Vegan Oriental” (bestseller, 2015), “Vegan Recipes from the Middle East” (2017), and “Teheran–Die Kultrezepte” (“Teheran–Cultural Recipes”, 2018).
Parvin Razavi was awarded the “Wiener Vielfalt Preis” (“Viennese Diversity Prize”) and ran her own catering business under the name “thx4cooking“ until 2017.
For several years she has been working exclusively as a chef in Vienna, most recently at "Ludwig & Adele/Hausbar" at Künstlerhaus Wien (Gault-Millau rated restaurant). Her credo is: "Food connects people and cooking is love.”
Parvin Razavi will be cooking live from Chmara.Rosinke's "Mobile Hospitality" kitchen on 5 May 2021 at 5:45 pm CET. The cooking show will be broadcast in a live stream and invites viewers to cook along from their homes.
