
Franco Lanfur
Franco Lanfur, born in 1992, is an extended reality designer and entrepreneur with a deep passion for history and technology. During his architectural studies at the Technical University in Vienna, he discovered the potential of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) as tools for architecture. However, he quickly realized the limitless possibilities of these technologies and started learning more about them and creating immersive and interactive experiences that merged his passions.
Franco Lanfur published his creations online and his innovative work caught the attention of many people as well as his first clients. The growing demand for his work lead him to found the Virtual and Augmented Reality Creative Studio, VARS in 2019. As the leader of VARS, Franco is committed to designing and developing cutting-edge extended reality experiences that empower people and companies to showcase their ideas in new and exciting ways.
Franco Lanfur will present the project "The Curse of Precision" on 1 June at the Uhrenmuseum. The event is part of the How Museums bring Digital to Life Tour.
